Turkish Airlines Was Insensitive To My Victimization
I had a flight with THY, PNR code Rixa6y, scheduled for September 29, 2023, from Adana to Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen at 03:50. Due to sudden kidney pain, I was taken to the emergency room in the evening. Despite informing the hospital about our situation around 21:00, your customer service representative showed no interest and stated that nothing could be done, displaying a lack of understanding. We paid ₺2550 for our tickets and made significant efforts to avoid losing them but to no avail. Later, we were advised to report the issue on the THY website and were told that we would receive a response based on this report. Despite submitting the report immediately, we have not received any feedback for 10 days. We have the emergency room entry and doctor's report as well. Please address our grievance and refund the fare for the flight we missed due to our health issue.
