I Need Assistance for Forgotten Bag
Despite the scheduled departure at 6:40 AM, THY flight TK2220 from Istanbul to Gaziantep took off around 12:00 PM due to fog. The plane landed in Adana because of the fog, and we reached Antep around 6:30 PM with the vehicle (license plate 01 EV 585) provided by THY. Due to exhaustion, I left my bag in the vehicle. Despite calling customer service multiple times, the initial response I received was that it was my responsibility. I am aware that I forgot the bag myself, but I was not even allowed to contact the vehicle arranged by THY.
My conversation with a representative named E*** at 7:31 PM yesterday was particularly bad. The representative kept repeating scripted responses like a robot. I just want assistance with my issue. Being a global brand means helping your customers at every stage. The goal should not be to shift the blame. I want you to help me with my problem.
