The plane landed in Adana because of the fog, and we reached Antep around 6:30 PM with the vehicle (license plate 01 EV 585) provided by THY. Due to exhaustion, I left my bag in the vehicle. Despite calling customer service multiple times, the initial response I received was that it was my responsibility.
