Turkish Airlines Lost and Damaged My Baggage and Didn't Compensation

On January 28th, during my flight from Istanbul to Antalya, my luggage was lost on the first day. I had to spend the first day of my 5-day vacation without my luggage and deal with this issue. I was extremely embarrassed at the airport. The next day, when my luggage arrived, it was completely broken. Since I received no response, I wrote a complaint to THY myself. I waited patiently, but I received no response and no refund! I waited for a response to my complaint for a month and finally called the lost and damaged baggage services in Antalya. The woman there shamelessly told me I should have called on the first day. Excuse me, but am I supposed to pay for your mistakes? I can't believe how irresponsible this company is. Later, I was told that a refund would be processed within 6 to 10 days on February 24th, but now it's March 5th and still nothing!
