I Faced Big Issues on Thy Flight As a 34-Week Pregnant Passenger
On 07.07.2024, I booked a connecting flight with THY from Sirnak to Antalya. At Sirnak Serafettin Elci Airport, I informed them with a report that I am 34 weeks pregnant and that I would collect my luggage in Antalya. Upon arriving in Antalya around 22:00, I waited for almost an hour for my luggage, only to be told that it was left in Istanbul and would be sent to my home by courier. I explained that I do not live in Antalya and that I was continuing my journey to another city, with all my essential items in the luggage. They then informed me that my luggage would arrive at the airport around 3 AM. As a result, I was forced to wait at the airport in my condition until 04:00. THY did nothing to address my inconvenience and didn't even offer an apology. This was the worst journey I have ever experienced. THY is a regret.
