I Couldn't Find a Soft Case Bag with Exact Dimensions That Turkish Airlines Want
I purchased a ticket for my pet through the extra services, but I need to find a soft case bag with dimensions of 23 cm height, 30 cm width, and 40 cm length. I contacted THY customer service, explaining that my flight is soon and that I couldn't find a bag that fits the specified dimensions exactly; the ones I found are off by 3-4 cm and are soft cases (images of the bags I found are attached). I asked if this would be a problem and what steps I should take.
Despite my detailed inquiry, I was redirected back to the extra services page without receiving a full answer to my questions. Additionally, I was informed that if the dimensions exceed the specified limits, my pet would have to travel in the cargo section. Given that you have all my information, including my PNR details and the ticket I purchased for my pet, I don't understand why my questions were not fully addressed.
I have requested assistance again through the feedback system. I am urgently awaiting a response from you here as well because my flight is approaching, and I need to secure the bag as soon as possible. I kindly request a response via phone or email regarding this matter.
