Hours of Waiting Due to Incorrect Information Message By Turkish Airlines
Hello, I received a message stating that my flight TK2313 on March 1st at 10:40 with the reservation code ULUE73 was canceled, and a new flight was scheduled as TK6953 at 12:50. Then, I received another message informing me that this flight was rescheduled to 13:50. When I arrived at the airport around 12:30 for the 13:50 flight, I was told by the Turkish Airlines kiosk staff that the flight had already departed. I had to wait for the next flight at the airport for hours while fasting. I caught a cold at the airport. I am a 65-year-old woman. I submitted feedback on Turkish Airlines' website twice from our shared family computer at different times, providing my phone number and the email address I follow. However, I repeatedly received an automatic response stating that they thought the message was not written by me, and that I should have written it myself. I am sharing images that confirm the details I explained above and kindly request support.
