Damaged Luggage Delivered by Turkish Airlines

After my trip, I found my suitcase damaged when I picked it up from the belt. I couldn't find anyone to address my issue. As you can verify from the footage at Istanbul and Antalya airports, I handed over my suitcase in good condition but received it damaged. I canceled my return ticket with your company, for which I had a round-trip ticket. Such issues can happen, but my main problem is not being able to find someone to address it and having to take time out of my busy schedule to write this complaint. We choose your company by paying more, not just individually but also for our corporate flights through our intermediary firm. After this incident, I will shift all my preferences to your competitor. Since I no longer wish to travel with you after this unfortunate event, my ticket refund should have been processed without any deductions. Yet, you still made deductions. Your customer satisfaction is zero. Normally, we already pay deductions for ticket cancellations under regular circumstances, which is not an issue, but making deductions for cancellations due to dissatisfaction is opportunistic. The refund should be made in full. I will not choose your company again.
