Turkish Airlines Damaged My New Luggage and Won't Compensate!

In November, I traveled with Turkish Airlines on the Dalaman-Istanbul route. I have never encountered such poor service.... The wheel of my suitcase, which I had only used twice, was completely damaged. The officials, acting as if I was in the wrong, refused to compensate for the damage and offered unr
