Turkish Airlines Damaged My New Luggage and Won't Compensate!
In November, I traveled with Turkish Airlines on the Dalaman-Istanbul route. I have never encountered such poor service. The wheel of my suitcase, which I had only used twice, was completely damaged. The officials, acting as if I was in the wrong, refused to compensate for the damage and offered unreasonable solutions. I find this situation unacceptable. I didn't think the company's brand value was this low. From now on, I will share my negative experience with all my friends and on my social media accounts, and I will advise them not to fly with you. The attitude displayed after the process is truly disturbing. How can you victimize someone so much and still justify yourself? This situation is both surprising and commendable. I regret it; you have left a very negative brand image both in my mind and in my surroundings.
