Turkish Airlines Didn't Pay the Compensation Of Being a Voluntary Passenger
On April 14th, I accepted to be a voluntary passenger on the Trabzon-Istanbul flight (for €100). They begged several times. I agreed on the condition that I would receive the money immediately. Despite their assurances, I couldn't get the payment at Trabzon Airport. They said there was no money in the cashier. Istanbul Airport said the same thing. I was stranded at the airport at 4 AM. They asked for feedback, and I provided feedback thousands of times, but there has been no response, let alone the payment. Transfer my payment immediately, or I will file complaints everywhere. I have my compensation document. It was easy to beg, but when it comes to payment, the big company can't pay ₺3,000. I have sent my IBAN to customer service several times. All documents, including my compensation document, are available at THY. They said they sent an urgency email. I don't believe it.
