Changed Last Name and Ticket Update Issue With Turkish Airlines
I have been a member of Miles&Smiles for years. After my divorce, I reverted to my maiden name. I purchased a ticket through Miles&Smiles for departure on 09.03.2024 and return on 11.03.2024. However, I noticed that my old last name was on the ticket after purchasing. I immediately contacted customer service to report the issue. I was told to submit a notification, which I did twice. I sent the necessary documents requesting the change of my last name in Miles&Smiles and on my ticket. Because I called several times to emphasize the urgency of my situation, no one is addressing the issue or responding. I asked customer service if I would face any problems if I went to check in with my divorce decree and marriage certificate. However, THY couldn't provide an answer to this matter. If I cannot board the flight because of this, THY's feedback department and customer service will be responsible.
