Turkish Airlines Deleted the Reservation Information and I Was Unable to Purchase Ticket

I made a reservation and locked in the price for my international flight tickets with THY, but the reservation information was not reflected in my account, so I cannot purchase them! I realized I had multiple accounts under my Miles and Smiles membership due to being unable to update my personal information and requested their merger. When the accounts were merged, some of my miles and past flights were deleted, and my maiden name appeared despite having my ID copy. My reservation for my international trip was also made under my maiden name. I called and asked for the issue to be resolved before purchasing the ticket. They corrected my surname, but my reservation was deleted from my account. I explained the situation over the phone and mentioned that I needed to deliver the ticket to my institution within the day. No response was given. I made multiple requests and called Customer Service. Business hours ended, and I couldn't sign the contract prepared by my institution. Since it was Friday, the process was delayed until Monday. The price lock expires on Saturday morning, which is in 1.5 hours. Despite calling and writing online multiple times until Friday night and this morning, there has been no response. Including the amount I paid for the price lock and the increased current ticket prices, my loss is around ₺2500. I am sure it will increase further. I've been sending emails and making calls since yesterday because I can't get the tickets I reserved due to them not reflecting in my account. Customer Service keeps saying there's nothing they can do, the legal response time is 2-7 days, and they can only sell tickets at the current prices if they process now! Despite the price difference, I always chose THY without hesitation, especially for international flights. It's a shame that it has become so hollow. Forget about service quality; it has become an institution that can't even fix its system. I've been experiencing this stress and victimization since yesterday, even though I don't deserve it. The last Customer Service representative I spoke to kept repeating what the others said like a robot, even though I told them I didn't have time, wanted to wait on the phone, wanted to solve the issue by being connected to a more competent unit, and that they needed to come up with alternative solutions for this issue caused by them. The result: I can't get the tickets I reserved and paid the price lock fee for due to their system issues! And nothing is being done about it. Despite the urgency being communicated, there has been no response. It's truly a shame!

Since I received no response 7 minutes before the reservation period ended, I had to purchase my tickets with my surname in the system to avoid financial loss on top of this stress. However, you could have extended the reservation period. At least I would have waited without getting so stressed until the issue was resolved. I have written and called to complain 10 times since yesterday afternoon. It is really shameful that no response has been made! I kindly request that my surname on the tickets be corrected before the flight time. At least do this.
