Unresolved Surname Issue with Turkish Airlines Ticket

I purchased a ticket from THY and immediately called customer service to inform them of my surname change due to marriage. I was told to fill out a feedback form, which I did and submitted. I also received a call from customer service. I asked if there would be any issues with my flight tomorrow; they said, 'No, there won't be any issues, just update your surname on Miles and Smiles.' I sent a photo of my marriage certificate for this. This morning, when I arrived at Cappadocia Airport, I showed a staff member (a stocky, thin person at counter 3) the feedback code starting with TK. I even asked them to show it to the person in charge using my phone. I waited, and then they came back and said, 'This code is not visible.' Before I could say anything, I found myself next to the police. I watched them investigate me and waited for about 40 minutes. Finally, they said, 'Okay,' but THY made me regret this. As a doctor who did everything right, facing such an issue was extremely frustrating. Never again!
