Addictive Delays and Ruined Baggage on Turkish Airlines
On August 4th, the TK2655 flight from Istanbul (IST) was delayed by approximately 3 hours. Despite the inconvenience, I managed to complete the journey. However, upon retrieving my baggage, I was dismayed to find it completely broken. The frustration from the delay, which already took away 3 hours of our lives, was compounded by the fact that my luggage was shattered. In my exasperation, I didn't know how to react. It's perplexing how Turkish Airlines can display such negligence and lack of concern. After enduring the delay, I never expected to be met with this level of irresponsibility and disregard. The question lingers: Why does Turkish Airlines allow this to happen? The whole experience left me disappointed and wondering about the airline's commitment to customer satisfaction. I urge Turkish Airlines to address these issues promptly and take the necessary steps to ensure that passengers' belongings are treated with care and respect.
