Ttec Type-C Charger Sets My Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 on Fire

I recently purchased a Ttec Type-C Charger for my Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 phone, and I was horrified to witness it suddenly burst into flames while charging my phone. Not only am I now unable to use my phone, but the charging input has also been damaged beyond repair. I purchased this charger with the understanding that it came with a 2-year warranty, and I never would have expected something like this to happen. The thought of my phone and potentially even my home being put at risk is unacceptable and a cause for great concern. I demand that this victimization be resolved immediately and I expect the company to take full responsibility for their faulty product. If this issue is not addressed, I will be forced to take further action and file a complaint with the Consumer Court. The safety of my belongings and my home should never be put at risk, and I demand a resolution to this matter as soon as possible.
