Ttec Earbuds Failed Twice Within Months – Requesting Another Replacement

I bought Ttec earbuds, and after just two months, they broke, so I sent them in for a replacement under warranty. They replaced them with a new pair, but within 2-3 months, the same issue happened again. The right side started making static noises, and the volume dropped significantly—essentially, they broke again while sitting in my ear. I suspect this is due to poor material quality. I’m requesting another replacement, but honestly, I’m tired of this brand. Even if they replace them, I expect the same issue will happen again. I’m filing this complaint to see how well Ttec stands behind its products, but I don’t plan to buy from them again.
