Ttec Airbeat GO Earbuds Stopped Working Twice

I purchased Ttec Airbeat GO earbuds from D&R on June 8, 2024, but they’ve stopped working twice now. I sent them to service twice, and each time, they worked for about a month before breaking again. I’m embarrassed to send them back to service for the third time. This is frustrating and inconvenient. I’m requesting a full replacement instead of another repair, as I no longer want to deal with this ongoing issue. I expect a prompt solution as I don’t want to purchase another pair after such a poor experience with the current ones. Please handle this issue as soon as possible.
