Faulty Ttec Airbeat GO Earbuds from Media Markt – No Issue Found After 35 Days in Service

I purchased the Ttec Airbeat GO earbuds from Media Markt on September 1, 2024, and they were defective from the start. After about 5 minutes of use, they would disconnect from the phone, even though they still appeared to be connected. The sound would switch back to the phone's speaker, one earbud would sometimes stop working, and the sound was often crackling. One week after purchasing, I returned to the store to request a refund (they didn’t even ask about my issues with the product). The earbuds stayed in service for 35 days, only for me to be told that no faults were found. Now, I’m stuck with unusable earbuds. Both Media Markt and Ttec have lost my trust, and I’ll never shop with them again.
