Unable to Reset Ttech Airbeat ANC Earbuds or Access App
I am experiencing major issues with my Ttech Airbeat ANC earbuds. I cannot complete the reset process, and I am unable to log into the app. Although Bluetooth connects normally, the earbuds do not show up in the app, making it impossible to manage settings.
Previously, I used the app on another phone without issues. However, now I suspect the problem may be linked to my email address or account. Despite trying every solution I could find, I have not been able to resolve the issue. I need immediate assistance to regain full functionality of my earbuds and the app. Ttech, please address this problem promptly and provide a clear solution!
