I bought the Ttec Navi Pro robot vacuum in May, and it’s been nothing but trouble since day one. It constantly deletes its cleaning map and can’t find the charging station in adjacent rooms. It only cleans a spot well after I’ve had it clean there twice, which is ridiculous. I sent it in for warranty service, but they just said, “There’s nothing wrong with it.” Now, it randomly starts the dust emptying station in the middle of the night—even while charging! This is unacceptable for a device I spent a lot on. Ttec, please fix these serious issues or replace my vacuum. I expect proper support and a functioning product.
