Ttec Airbeat Lite 2 Earbuds: Persistent Connection and Sound Issues
I purchased Ttec Airbeat Lite 2 earbuds for the second time, and both units have been faulty. One earbud has no sound, while the other struggles to connect to my phone. I can’t understand how such defective products are being sold repeatedly.
Even worse, when I sent the first pair for warranty repair, they were returned with a note saying the issue was resolved. However, within two days, the same problems resurfaced. This repeated failure has been incredibly frustrating. I expect Ttec to provide a permanent solution, either by replacing the defective products with fully functional ones or offering a full refund. Please address this matter urgently and ensure better quality control.
