My Ttec Wired Phone Headset Broke Within a Month

I bought a wired phone headset from Ttec, and it broke in less than a month. When I contacted customer service, they told me to send the product all the way to Istanbul for repairs. Why doesn’t a big brand like Ttec have a service center in Ankara? Sure, the price was affordable, but a product shouldn’t fail so quickly. This is frustrating because I expected better quality and easier support. Waiting weeks for a repair from another city is inconvenient and unacceptable. Ttec, please improve your after-sales service and offer local repair options. I want a faster, hassle-free solution or a replacement immediately.
