Ttec Powerbank Fails to Perform as Promised, Return Request Denied

On December 13, 2024, I purchased a Ttec power bank from Media Markt. The product was advertised as supporting fast charging and being capable of charging a phone twice on a single charge. However, it doesn’t even manage to fully charge my phone once, let alone twice.

When I attempted to return the product three days later, my request was denied on the grounds of "fingerprints" on the device, which was claimed as damage. This is unacceptable, as the product's underperformance is the core issue.

I am highly dissatisfied with both the product and the staff who misrepresented its capabilities and rejected my return. I demand a resolution, either a refund or a replacement for a functional product.
