Ttec Charging Cable Caught Fire Overnight, Damaged My Phone’s Components
Last night, my Ttec charging cable caught fire while my phone was charging. Thankfully, I woke up in the middle of the night and smelled the burning before it caused more serious damage. If it had been left until morning, who knows what the consequences could have been? My phone’s charging port and some components on the motherboard are now damaged, and it's currently in repair. Who will be responsible for covering the cost of these damages? This could have been a much worse situation, and I expect accountability from Ttec for selling such a dangerous product.
