Ttec Airbag GO Earbuds Light Stays On

I recently purchased Ttec Airbag GO earbuds, and the LED light remains on whenever the earbuds are outside the case. I’m wondering if this is a normal feature, as it’s distracting and seems odd for them to keep flashing. When I wear them, the constant blinking is irritating and feels absurd. I went to Teknosa for a replacement or refund, but they refused to assist me. I need to know if this flashing light is standard for these earbuds or if mine are defective. Teknosa, please help resolve this issue, as this feature seems impractical.
