TradingView Charged but Didn’t Activate Essentials Membership

This morning, I paid for the Essentials subscription on the TradingView app, but it has yet to be activated. I contacted TradingView via email, but they responded by saying they only provide support to registered users.

Charging ₺600 without activating the membership is unacceptable. I expect my issue to be resolved immediately and for my subscription to be activated as promised.

I am frustrated by the lack of proper support and the delay in providing what I paid for. TradingView must address this problem quickly and ensure that paying customers are treated fairly.
