TradingView Essential Upgrade Not Activated After Payment

On October 23, 2024, I paid ₺679.90 to upgrade my TradingView account to the Essential level. However, despite the payment, my account has not been upgraded. This is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional for a platform as reputable as TradingView.

I demand an immediate resolution—either activate the upgrade on my account or issue a full refund of my payment. Such issues are unacceptable and diminish trust in the platform. I expect urgent action to resolve this matter and ensure no other users face the same inconvenience. Please address this issue promptly and restore confidence in your service.
