TradingView Denied Refund After Trial Renewal Charge

I subscribed to TradingView’s trial version, but shortly after, they charged me $17-18 for renewal without my approval. I immediately requested a refund, which they claimed would be processed within 30 days. It has now been 35 days, and I still have not received my money back.
What’s worse is that I can’t get through to their support team. Neither their help desk nor customer service has been responsive. This delay is unacceptable, and I am left feeling ignored. I demand that TradingView processes my refund immediately and ensures their support team addresses such issues promptly in the future. This level of service is far below acceptable standards.
