TradingView Plus Subscription Paid but Not Activated

I purchased a TradingView Plus membership, and the payment was successfully withdrawn from my bank account. However, the Plus subscription was not activated on my account, and it reverted to the Basic plan.

Previously, I used the 14-day trial, and after the trial ended, I made the payment to continue with Plus. Despite this, my account remains downgraded, and I cannot access the features I paid for. To make matters worse, I cannot contact support since submitting a support ticket apparently requires a Premium membership.

This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I expect TradingView to address this issue immediately and activate my Plus subscription. Please resolve this problem without further delay.
