TradingView Premium Subscription Not Activated Despite Successful Payment

About a week ago, I purchased a Premium subscription on TradingView, and the payment was successfully processed through my credit card. However, today when I logged into my account, my membership is showing as Basic (free) instead of Premium. Even though I still have nearly a full month left, I no longer have access to any Premium features.

During the payment process, I did not encounter any errors, and the money was clearly deducted from my account. My account email is b********@gmail.com**, and my purchase reference number is 6ok.

I tried to contact TradingView customer support to resolve the issue, but I could not find any reliable support channel.

I am requesting that my Premium subscription be restored immediately and that this issue be resolved so I can access the features I paid for. Customers should not be charged for services that are not delivered.
