I'm writing to tell you how upset I am with the TP-Link 450m Wireless N Router Modem. The inability to reconnect to the internet after resetting the modem was a major hassle. For 25 Turkish Lira ($7.70) a month, I want to have access to dependable customer service and technical support for my modem and internet connection. But this is the first time I've ever run into this kind of issue, and it's been extremely annoying. In addition, the fact that the modem is written in English is a significant problem because not all Turks are fluent in the language. This creates a huge roadblock in the way of me fixing my technical problems. Since I believe this would enhance the customer experience and make the product more accessible, I am writing to request a resolution to my issue and a Turkish version of the modem.
