Turkcell Charges High Prices but I Can’t Get Reliable Service in My Home
Dear Turkcell, I’m truly disappointed with the service I get for the amount I spend. Being on the fourth floor makes it impossible for me to use mobile internet at home without Wi-Fi, which really undermines the value of my mobile plan. Calls frequently disconnect during conversations, turning even simple connectivity into a struggle. Interestingly, my connection performs much better in my village home, contrary to my expectations of weaker service. The price of my plan seems excessive, especially since I can't depend on it in my primary home. I expected consistent quality given the high prices, but unfortunately, that hasn't been my experience. I sincerely hope Turkcell can resolve this matter, as this experience has made me reconsider the worth of my subscription.
