Turkcell Ignored My Repeated Calls About Ongoing Internet Connection Issue

I’ve been facing an internet issue with my Turkcell line, and even after reaching out to their customer service multiple times, I’m still left without a resolution. Every time I reach out, I'm met with the same response: just wait for the results of a technical review—yet there’s never any progress. I’m exhausted from trying to find a solution, and the people I talk to seem indifferent to my struggles. It’s truly frustrating to feel abandoned without any genuine assistance. The quality of the connection is definitely not what was advertised; I can't depend on it for even the simplest tasks. I anticipated much more from a company of this standing, yet my experience has only led to frustration. I sincerely hope they address this matter with the seriousness it deserves.
