Turkcell Modem Box Does Not Work and Customer Service Fails to Help
I've been without internet for a whole week, and I live right in the heart of Istanbul. I’m really confused about why the modem box from Turkcell isn’t functioning properly. I invest a significant amount every month for this service, but I’m not getting what I expected in return. Reaching out to customer service has been quite frustrating. Whenever I attempt to get in touch, I find myself waiting for a long time to connect, and when I finally do, their response is dismissive and unhelpful. Additionally, their tone comes across as rude and uncaring, which makes me feel neglected. It's baffling that a company with such a strong reputation struggles to deliver fundamental service and dependable customer support for its paying clients.
