Turkcell Did Not Activate My Internet After I Moved Home

I have been using Turkcell for my internet service, but after relocating to my new address, they did not activate my connection. It’s been 25 days, and I’m still waiting for my internet to be set up at home. I reached out to customer service several times, and every time I received the same response: “Your internet will be connected within 48 hours.” It’s been almost a month, and I’m still waiting for that 48-hour timeframe to conclude. This persistent problem has led to considerable interruptions in my professional and personal life. It's incredibly frustrating to be informed that I need to pay for a service I haven't utilized at all. No one truly put in the effort to assist. I find myself in a challenging situation and anticipate that Turkcell will resolve this promptly.
