I returned a product to Touche Prive on March 23, 2025, and the courier company has confirmed that the package was successfully delivered. Yet despite this, weeks have passed and I still haven’t received my refund. According to their policy, the refund process is supposed to be completed within 14 business days—but it’s been well over a month now, and I’m still waiting.
Every time I try calling customer service, no one answers. I’m constantly redirected to a voice system, which leads nowhere. It’s incredibly frustrating. This company is wasting my time and withholding my money, and it’s unacceptable for a brand that claims to be professional.
How can a company expect to grow while mistreating its customers like this? You can’t just ignore people once the purchase is complete and hope they go away.
