I Sent My Touche Prive Return Back but Still Didn’t Get My Refund After Weeks

I returned a product to Touche Prive weeks ago expecting a prompt refund, but I’m still waiting—and getting nowhere. I followed all the return steps and waited patiently, but no refund ever showed up in my account. I initially reached out via WhatsApp, then emailed, and even called customer service. Each time, I was told, “The refund will be processed.” But here we are, and still nothing has been done.

Today, I tried calling again, and now I can’t even get through to anyone—not via WhatsApp, not through email, not by phone. It's like they've completely ghosted me. I feel strung along and ignored, and at this point, I’m convinced they’re just stalling, hoping I’ll give up.

Touche Prive, this is unacceptable. Refund my money immediately. I trusted your brand, but this experience has destroyed that trust. I demand action now.
