On May 29, 2025, I made a purchase from the Touche Prive website. I decided to return part of the order by exercising my right of withdrawal under the Distance Selling Regulation and shipped the items back on June 3, 2025. According to the courier tracking system, the returned products were delivered to the company on June 10, 2025. However, as of June 20, 2025, no refund has been issued. Despite several attempts to contact the company via phone and email, I have only received automated replies stating that “the refund will be processed as soon as possible.” No progress has been made. After doing some research, I discovered that many other customers have faced similar delays in refund processes. This raises serious concerns about the company’s reliability and suggests a systematic disregard for consumer rights. According to consumer protection laws, sellers are legally obligated to refund the payment within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Touche Prive’s failure to comply with this requirement is unacceptable and unlawful.
