I Returned My Touche Prive Order but Didn’t Get My Refund After a Month

We purchased products from Touche Prive but ended up returning them shortly afterward. It’s now been over a month, and we still haven’t received any refund. Even worse, not once during this entire time have we been informed about the status of our return or refund. There’s been total silence from the company.

At first, we tried calling their customer service, and someone actually answered. But now, they don’t even pick up. It seems like they’ve blocked our number—because every time we try to call again, it goes straight to nowhere. It’s like they’re deliberately trying to avoid us.

This behavior is not only unprofessional—it’s unacceptable. You can’t take customers’ money, ignore their refund requests, and block all communication. That’s just plain shady.

Touche Prive, refund our money immediately and explain why we’ve been ignored for an entire month. Customers deserve honesty, communication, and above all, respect.
