Touché Privé Did Not Refund Me Even Though They Received My Return

The return package I sent to Touché Privé arrived on May 13, and it has now been 14 business days, but I still haven’t received my refund. I’ve reached out to them several times, but I haven’t received any responses to my messages. It’s been extremely frustrating to feel completely ignored, particularly when all I seek is the money that I rightfully deserve. Their silence leaves me feeling overlooked, and it's difficult to comprehend the complete absence of customer support. I've heard from others who have encountered the same problems, which only adds to my reluctance to rely on the brand once more. I have no intention of shopping from Touche again. I simply request that my refund be processed promptly and without any additional delays.
