My New Tommy Hilfiger Sweatshirt Faded After First Wash

In September, I spent ₺1800 at the Tommy store in Optimum on a really cool sweatshirt. Since it's still summer, I haven't had the chance to wear it until recently. When I finally decided to wash it, I followed the care instructions carefully. I washed it by itself at 30 degrees. But, to my disappointment, the ink on the print spread, making the whole shirt turn blue.
When I explained the situation to the Tommy store, I was really surprised to find out that they wouldn't take responsibility for it. They said the problem was because of how the consumer handled it. The way Tommy, a well-known store, responded is just not okay. This shouldn't have been included in the budget; the response should have been more thoughtful. They should have at least offered to pay for some of the product.
I usually wash all my clothes at 30 degrees. And if the clothes are made with good quality materials, the print won't bleed even if I wash them at higher temperatures. I'm going to complain everywhere I can because the current situation needs a better solution.
