Tommy Hilfiger Refused to Accept Return After My Sweater Tore Despite Proper Care

The Tommy Hilfiger sweater I bought six months ago tore at the loose-knit section, despite being washed gently at 30 degrees. They even went so far as to imply that we might have torn it intentionally. Do they think we recklessly throw these delicate knits into the machine and ruin them? This is the state and quality of a sweater that was worn and washed only once. They also refused to accept a return and sent a generic response. If this is their explanation, they can be sure I will take the matter to the Consumer Court. After this experience, I will never shop at the store I used to visit frequently. I will also share my experience everywhere, explaining how the sweater tore. Additionally, they claimed to have called me but couldn’t reach me. A brand that values its customers wouldn’t make just one call and then dismiss the issue.

They don't get back to you, because they don't care. I haven't shopped for months and I don't care either.
