After First Wash, Tommy Hilfiger Winter Jacket Faded

I got a green Tommy Hilfiger winter jacket from the Boyner store at Marmara Park. I was really surprised when I saw that the shirt I wore only twice had faded and gotten darker around the neckline. It's now impossible for me to use it. I wanted to fix the problem, so I returned it to Boyner to either get my money back or exchange it. But unfortunately, they rejected my request, which was really disappointing.

I can't use a product from this brand if it's faulty. I want either to exchange the item or get a refund until this problem is fixed. It's not okay to keep returning the product over and over until we find a solution. I don't want this faulty product and I want Boyner to fix the problem by either exchanging it or giving me a refund. I bought this Tommy Hilfiger item for a lot of money, so I really hope the brand will support their product and let me either exchange it or get a refund.
