Tommy Hilfiger Declined Return for Stained Shirt

I purchased a black men's shirt from Tommy Hilfiger's Izmir Optimum store in the first week of November 2023. Upon arriving home and removing the tags, I noticed a stain resembling an oil mark while ironing the shirt. The next day, I visited the store to report the issue. However, due to the torn tag, they stated that they couldn't proceed with an immediate exchange. They assured me that the product would be sent for inspection, and I should expect a response within 21 business days. To my dismay, after this period, I was informed that the issue was deemed as user error, and no exchange would be granted. Despite the shirt's substantial cost of ₺2000, I am compelled to escalate the matter to the Consumer Court for resolution.
