I purchased a Tommy Hilfiger t-shirt in April and sent it in for warranty review four months later due to color fading, dye peeling, and fabric stretching. Despite following the proper washing and drying instructions, the product was returned with the response that it was my "washing" or "drying mistake." This happened twice, even though I explicitly stated I no longer wanted the defective product.

After paying a premium for a brand like Tommy Hilfiger, I expect better warranty service. If the company refuses to resolve this issue with an exchange or proper solution, I will escalate the matter to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. Tommy Hilfiger should stop advertising a warranty if they won't stand behind their products.
