I purchased the Tineco Floor One S3 Breeze cordless wet-dry vacuum on December 3, 2024, and on its very first use, it displayed the warning "roller brush not spinning." I immediately sent the product to BDH service via cargo, expecting a quick and proper solution, especially since the product was brand new and I had also purchased additional insurance.
To my shock, I was told that the warranty had expired—even though the device was only recently bought—and was asked to pay for the repair. They claimed to have replaced a mechanical part and sent it back to me. But guess what? The exact same issue is happening again.
This is beyond frustrating. I feel cheated, and it’s as if they’re playing games with their customers. I’ve paid good money for a product that never worked as intended, and now I’m being charged for faulty repairs on a product that should be under warranty.
