I sent my Tineco vacuum to service after noticing battery performance issues within just three uses. When I went to pick it up, I was shocked—the product was returned to me in terrible condition, with a ripped box and scratches all over it, as if it had been used for months.

When I told the staff I couldn’t accept it like this, they laughed and dismissed my concerns, acting as if it wasn’t a big deal. The lack of professionalism was beyond frustrating. It felt like they expected me to accept a damaged product, as if I had money to throw away.

Tineco needs to take responsibility for proper service handling and train their staff to treat customers with respect. I want my product returned in the condition I sent it!
