Tineco Floor One S3 Motor Failed Right After Warranty
My Tineco Floor One S3 vacuum developed a motor failure right after the 2-year warranty expired. It worked fine before, but one morning, I turned it on, and it immediately displayed a service warning.
What’s worse, my two siblings also bought the same model, and all three vacuums failed with the exact same issue right after the warranty ended. One of my sisters paid ₺3,000 for repairs, while I was quoted even higher for the same repair a week later. We live in different homes and have different usage patterns, so how can all three units fail at the same time?
It’s clear this product has a serious design flaw. If a vacuum breaks down the moment the warranty expires, it feels like we just rented it for two years instead of owning it. I refuse to accept this and will pursue my rights through the Consumer Arbitration Board. Tineco needs to acknowledge this issue and take responsibility!
