I Regret Buying the Tineco Floor One S3—Same Issue Happened 3 Times in a Year

I purchased the Tineco Floor One S3 cordless vacuum hoping for a premium cleaning experience, but instead, I’ve been dealing with the same issue three times within a year. Each time, I sent the product in for repair, it was “fixed” and returned—only for the same malfunction to occur again shortly after.

At this point, the device has become unusable and I’ve completely lost confidence in it. I requested a refund, but the company refused and only offered another repair. This is unacceptable. Clearly, this product has a chronic defect, and I’m now worried the warranty will expire and I’ll be stuck with a faulty unit.

I deeply regret buying this product and urge Tineco to take full responsibility. I demand a refund or a replacement with a fully functional model.
