I purchased tickets for a flight from Kayseri to Germany through the Wego flight and hotel app, paying 6,117.69 TL with my credit card. Despite assurances of receiving ticket information via email, I received nothing. Desperate for answers, I sought the hotline for Flugtickets from Tickets.com.tr and called 0850 242 0010.
To my dismay, a lady informed me that the ticket was unconfirmed due to insufficient funds and suggested canceling the booking. She added that I'd only get five percent of the amount back unless I paid an additional 2,650 TL to confirm the ticket. Feeling trapped, I reluctantly paid the extra amount, but the ticket was still nowhere to be found. Subsequent calls yielded no information.
While my bank confirmed a refund of 6,117.69 TL, the Flugticket call center deducted 2,650 TL without acknowledging the non-existent ticket. They abruptly end the call, ignoring my inquiries. Armed with screenshots of all ticket forms, transactions, reservation numbers, flights, and PC numbers, I express my frustration at the Flugticket call center's unjust deduction of 2,650 TL. My complaint is lodged against THG Travel in Sivas, TR, where I feel cheated and have left a detailed grievance on their website. Grateful to all who work there.
